(Please help) How to uninstall BTSync?

I really don't care much about it anymore, so uhh.. how do I remove it?

You should be able to uninstall it if you go to your Control Panel and under Programs click "Uninstall a program" than click on BitTorrent Sync.

At first I fond all the folder's I could and deleted them, then I went to the control panel and deleted it.

But in my icon bar it's still showing

also, does BTSync increase internet bills. stupidest question i probably ever asked.
