So I was going into some maps that I haven't been in for a long time, and then my charrie got eaten by teh map and it won't let me on my char now! D8

It takes 30 minutes to download on my other computer, where FH works like a dream, no problems with downloads or anything.

I have a Windows7 and I go to the Offical Downloads and click on the Setup, it takes about 30+ minutes to download, then I click on 'Run File' and it says that the setup files are corrupted and to try to get a new copy of the file.
I've tried downloading it quite a few times and it says the same thing.
What do I do?

On my computer at home, FH runs perfectly, not a glitch in sight, no lagg, no errors, nothing.
But on my grandma's computer, that's a different story. It's looks all fine at the log in page, but then once it logs you in and opens up to all your characters everything is black. Not everything, you can see some letters, fur, tufts, but otherwise, it's all black.
What can I do to fix that?
