What browser you using?

Try logging out of everything FeralHeart related, clear your history and cookies. Then go back on and log in to FeralHeart the way you've been told to. Make sure to capitalize the username correctly. So what you registered with.

If you have another account, try logging into that too and see if it does the same.

 didnt work. im using google crome. i already tryed different browsers

Are you logging into the link provided by Raz? I had an issue with connecting until I realized I had to go to the link. You know it will work once it says: You Must keep This Page Open While You Play.
If this is what you've been doing, then I'm not quite sure what the problem is.

Ive ben doing everything correctly, as everyones told me to do. But ive had no luck. the fact the link Raz made isnt working for me is why i made this thread.

I would assume once there is a permanent fix, as this seems to be temporary, logging in shouldn't be an issue.

I hope this temp fix goes away soon. Id like to join into the game without problems.

You might want to try and see if you're using a proxy.

Chrome

Step 1
Open Chrome and click the wrench icon in the screen's upper left corner.

Step 2

I have no proxy's set up.

I do not own any other web browsers, other then my google crome. I uninstalled Internet Explorer due to it being an awful browser to begin with. Do you have any recommendations ?

You could always try using Mozilla Firefox.

Downloading it now, But I donno how long itll take due to a recent downloading problem ive been having.

Alrighty! Currently the server is down momentarily while Red takes care of something, it'll be back up again soon though. Hope your issue gets fixed, though!

Alright, I have tried Firefox, but my outcome is just the same. I still cannot join the game. Still Cannot connect to the front server.
