Emily, calm down. The server crashed a while ago and the staff team is doing everything they can possibly do (I think..) to try and fix it. If you go to the main fourms page there should be a topic about the server downtime.

The markings people are getting are not official markings, you need to download them to get them.

If you want to see the markings and be able to use them just look at this video for help. ^.^

Also..try and make a help thread on the Help section of the forums next time you don't understand something, this question doesn't really belong here.
