Send an e-mail to [email protected] using the [email protected] e-mail address. You can either leave it blank or leave details of what's happening.

A new activation e-mail will be sent to the [email protected] address within a matter of 48 hours.
If that doesn't work out then you may need to make a new account.

Good luck!

What Bawfle said pretty much sums it up. If you send the [email protected] an e-mail, you shouldn't have to wait too long, but give it a little patience, because the account might get activated. If the e-mail to activate the account doesn't work within 48 hours or so, unfortunately, she may have to consider creating a new account when the Registration opens up. Good luck!
