Exported map portal not appearing in Cape

Well as it says in the title, I happen to have some issues.
I have exported my very first map (With height and mask), and it said so in the Map Maker. Thing is, when I go into Cape of Distant Worlds, the portal to the map does not appear. Has anyone had similar problems and/or know any way to fix this?
I tried saving and even re-installing FH, but still no luck.
Even if you have an idea, I would really like to know.

Did you be sure to save the map before exporting?

Perhaps reexporting?

Go into your Feral Heart folder and make sure the map files are in the terrain folder. Something may not be saving correctly.

I have done as you had said and still nothing. I really do appreciate your help though.

All the files are in the correct places and nothing is missing. Is it possibly either something with my computer or the game?

Try deleting your Feral Heart folder (Saving the map files and anything else you've downloaded in a separate folder in your documents) and then reinstalling. Then try adding back the map files and objects.

Still nothing. And I am doing as you say.. This is my first map, before I used the WaterMill map and just added in objects and it worked fine when I exported it.
I looked up tutorials afterwards on how to make a map because I wanted to make one of my own, I followed the directions and added in the objects, it said to have exported but there was no portal when I arrived at Cape. This map I made also has custom music in it.

Im having the same issues with all my maps!! Ive downloaded map after map with nothing! Its frustrating as well as depressing ;-;
