QUESTIONS"Failed to connect to map server... my character is stuck in there and I just can't get into the map! What do I do?"Try deleting the files and then redownloading them. Make sure you click 'move and replace' if the option comes up. Make sure its in 'exports' in the 'feralheart' folder. If it still doesn't work and your character's stuck in the map, you probably have an old computer or one with a small video card so the map is too big. Delete all the IceConcert files and reload your character ingame. The map should be black when you load into it obviously (since you deleted the files), and so you can click 'home' to get your character out of there.
"The map is very laggy, I can barely walk around let alone get on the stage! What do I do?"The map is probably a little too detailed for your laptop or computer so I suggest you:
1. Turn down your Video Mode to "640 x 480".
2. Also turn your Water Reflection off.
3. Turn your View Distance all the way down.
You do these by clicking 'esc' ingame and going to the 'Video' tab
"Where did you get the meshes in the map and may I have any of them?"They were all converted personally by our model-mesh creator just for the map, who sadly will not give them away. Except for the 'Musical Notes' and 'Northern Lights' particles made by the awesome Glave which can be found here:
