you could try editing the actual ears itself instead of sarting from scratch, that way the animation and positioning are already done(dont know if you can load .mesh files so if you cant ignore this post).

Actually that is what I did! I edited the long ears of felines and turned them into gryphon ears, didn't work though. i think its the textures or something.
I need a new signature.

it could be that you used the wrong ears. You used the long ears but I think neko ears would have been better me thinks
