Game Help / Water Material Showing Up White

Hello! I'm working on a massive map project and was wondering if anyone could help me. I've been attempting to change the water material, only for it to show up as textureless, white water. I've made sure everything was typed correctly, put everything where it was instructed, is there anything I may have potentially done wrong?

This map has quite a long way to go, trying to make it spiffy! This will be a private map for one of my upcoming roleplays

It's not just for lions, hyenas, leopards, jackals, or anything like that, but also herbivores! It's an all African animal roleplay!

Request/Find Meshes / [ Seeking meshes.

I was wondering if anyone has any realistic meshes for a map, it's going to be an African map, but any realistic mesh will do! Anything from rocks to trees would do just fine! Along with anything else that would be suitable for a savannah! Thank you!
