To answer your question,
here is a tutorial for making the heightmap of a map and over
here is a tutorial to learn how to make a terrain mask.
After that, it's really easy to create the map. Just customize the map by adding objects and then when you're ready, export the map.
This tutorial explains how you upload the map onto MediaFire and then you just give other people the link to the map download, and you're done.
