Helloooooo, people.
I know it's been a long time since you've heard from me, since I've been playing games such as Minecraft, Welcome To Trotterville, and been plain out playing with the group I have in real life(not easy to control about 1,000 kids.) So, the title says it all, I want to find a good voice recorder. I have a headset w/ mic, and I want to know one because for some reason, everything I've found cracks the voice badly, however when I use Skype, it's crystal clear. So, can ya'll leave the name and link below if you no one please? I also am looking for a good video recorder, maybe one that might also have a voice recorder in it, so any clue? Thanks.

For me, Audacity is the best voice recorder out there - you can get it here: https://www.google.com/search?q=audacity&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

By default, it doesn't export MP3 files - but you can download an mp3 encoder rather easily; you just have to point the program to the appropriate dll. You can find everything you need for the LAME (yes, I know the name is lame) mp3 encoder here: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/faq_installation_and_plug_ins.html#lame

As far as video recording/editing goes, I might recommend Sony Vegas - but it's not a free program.
