Delilah

Delilah was sitting about 10 feet from the park fountain. She was laying down, watching a large beetle crawl by. A voice made her sit up in surprise. A large Doberman sat by her, "Hey Delilah. A new Restaurant open just down the street. You wanna go sometime?" He winked at her.
"Bosco didn't I tell you yesterday? I am not going out with you."
"Ah, come on, Delilah." Bosco scooted closer, and Delilah scooted away. When he put his paw on her shoulder she nipped it. Slightly surprised, the Doberman backed up.
"Alright , but remember, I will always be here." He winked again and walked to the fountain, talking to some dogs.
Delilah muttered to herself and walked to her owner, Olivia.
