Yes you can, the one one we were concerned with was the "Ritsuka". Mainly due to the anime character on the leg, that is fanart and not an official drawing by the anime or manga. Your comment above only applies to Official drawing form the manga, anime, or artist.

The very first drawing, so no you can not use it for your preset. She doesn't approve of her artwork being used, even with credit.

Sorry Tasha, but art work from other people from any site is not allowed to be used as your own unless you have 100% proof of the owner telling YOU you can use it.

Well, im not doing presets less i really want to anyway so eh ill take the ritsuka one off tho.

Plus like i said earlier on diff posts that im not on much anymore due to RL stuff, internet crap im not worried about atm, plus im not gonna sit on meh rear and watch forums all day lol

<- not worried about ANYTHING that relates to the internet lol, i wont use dev stuff in presets less i asked, but stuff from anime etc that was not drawn by someone out of company i will use if i decide to make a preset again.
