A founded breed of wolves x foxes x hyenas.
The official mutt had been bred into the lands over 100 years ago, traveling through the thick snow and sandy terrains looking for a place to call home... They are seekers.

The anatomy and general life style of Eremite's is somewhat realistic to a normal wolf just a hybrid and well evolved.

Basic information

Male Eremite Wolves can grow up to 5ft at the shoulder, depending on their diet, but they usually stop at around 4.5ft.
Female Eremite Wolves usually grow up to around 4.5ft if they're lucky, but they normally remain at 4ft.

Both male and female Eremite's will reach their fully grown height at 2 years 5 months and their IQ is usually above the average canines.
They do not age like every other animal in the world and they are normally able to talk clearly and trot by 3 months of age.
Though, their sexual organs do not mature quicker than the average canine.

Male Eremite Wolves will usually weigh around 80 - 85Kg, depending on how good their diet is, if the diet is average their weight will hold at 70 - 78Kg.
Female Eremite Wolves weight much less and usually reach 65 - 70Kg due to the lesser amount of fur they have.

All Eremite Wolves have adapted to live in all harsh weather and have learnt to eat with the food and drink the supplements they're surrounded in. This includes:
Cactus juice (all types), Coconut Milk, Fruit (not Veg), all meat and Berries.

The average lifespan of a male Eremite is maximum of 14 years old, with a healthy life style they can reach 16.
The average lifespan of a female Eremite is a maximum of 16 years, with a healthy life style they can reach up to 18.
Their long lives are thanks to their Hyena DNA allowing them to outlive the average wolf.

Personalities

Male Eremite Wolves are usually "bipolar" meaning their moods can change at any given time, depending on whom they're surrounded by. If it's someone who's always happy and positive their mood will be brushed onto the male Eremite wolf forcing him to be all happy and joyful.
Female Eremite Wolves are usually laid back, more like the male in a human reality, sitting back with their legs spread out. Females are stubborn and not the easiest to approach. They are never the species to become scared and the females put the males in their places.

Eremites ascend from hundreds of years ago, back when there was nothing but corruption and war. The fathers would stay at the camps while the females would fight, hunt and protect their families.
In the Eremites society, males are second class and females are superior to them. It's not uncommon to hear of a female Eremite having attempted murder on her paws against her partner.

Appearances

The first generation of Male Eremites are a dark collection, mixed grays, and dark colors.
The first generation of Female Eremites are a very light collection, a mixture of whites, creams and light colors.

With the first selection of generations breeding, the Eremites color pallets widened, to explore new colors and patterns within their families.
Swirls, stripes and spots are the primal markings but as the generations extend their markings will evolve into much more beautiful creations.

Take note; the brighter the marking colors the rarer the Eremite is.
For example a wine red marking would be very common, a garnet shade would be common and a crimson shade would be rare.

Muzzle Generics:

The primal muzzle is the usual wolf muzzle, their bite is average and can cause some damage.
The second muzzle, which looks different to the wolf muzzle is the domesticated bull-dog muzzle. The bite isn't as strong as the wolf muzzle but has a more domesticated appearance to it.
The third muzzle is quite weak but can pierce skin much easier, the fox muzzle, best for a scouter and sniffer. They also look pretty cute too.
The final muzzle is the Hyena muzzle, quite rare to be seen in the Eremite blood lines. Their bite is the strongest by far. They don't look pretty but they're useful.
