  Okay, so I played Feral Heart in the past, and people were jerks to me so I left. Now i'm starting off fresh, and much more mature and aged. When I launched the game for the first time in YEARS, (Of course after updating...) with my password and username fresh as laundry detergent, I tried connecting to the server, (at least 30 times in total) X-ed out of the game and retried, refreshed the 'PLAY GAME' tab at least 50 times, and nothing works! I have tried everything, (okay that's exaggerating a bit...) and I also have very good internet so none of this makes since to me. Like most others said, "I would really enjoy giving this game another chance, but so far things are looking down..." please resolve this issue for me, I do not know what to do. I have only successfully logged on ONCE.

i stole this from someone else.  Built in proxies can be a surprise.

• Test to make sure that your IP matches up.
  

  Go to https://feral-heart.com/myip/ and that will show you the IP address that you're connecting to the panel with.
  Then, download www.feral-heart.com/myip.zip and run it. When it's complete, see what IP address it gives to you and check if it matches with the first IP address. They must match! If they don't, you're probably using a proxy and you have to disable it. Do not post that IP address anywhere!

I would also check the internet browser you are using. Internet Explorer doesn't seem to work at all and Microsoft Edge can be iffy. I'd try keeping the Play Game tab open on either Chrome or Firefox.

• If you're using a laptop, try placing yourself closer to the modem, as this might give you a stronger signal.
• Do not run the browser in incognito/private browsing mode and make sure you have cookies enabled.
• Disable any proxy settings you might have enabled.
• Make sure there's no security software blocking the game.
  

  Open up your Control Panel, located in the Start menu. Depending on which Operating system you use and which layout, it might look differently. But Windows firewall should be in the category "security," or just find the text, "Windows firewall" or "Allow a program through windows firewall". This should take you to the correct place.
  
  Once there you'll get a new window with a list of programs. Try to locate FeralHeart.exe in there and add it to exceptions by marking the checkbox. If you can't find it, and the game to the list by yourself by pressing "add program."
• You can also try logging into the "Play Game" tab from a mobile device.

hey i got a account yesterday and i downloaded feralheart for my computer but after a couple of mins in the game the sever lost then right after i trty to log bac in it say sever failed so i try reinstalling the game it work for a couple of mins again then did the same thing i need help

Ok. So i deleted Feral Heart. After awhile and i have time to cool down on the subject i will consider getting it back. This game was my childhood, and its upsetting this may neve return to my memories, (Thanks to Short Term Memory Loss,) And plus my grandmas Yorkie just died, so we are going through some hard times right now.
