Sellin FH Charas with other peoples markings?

So i saw someone selling Characters made with FH, the FH Markings which DO NOT belong to them, same for the items, for tons of points. I tried to tell them, they said 'my friend does it too and i can do what i want with this even if someone else did it :3' Yeah, i told them again they can't just sell something made with other peoples work. They blocked me and hid the comments. Wth. This is not okay people on the mass markinds pack worked to make them FREE so why do people try to sell it..

Even though it's a very cheap and shabby way to make adopts, I think selling characters made with the markings in FH is allowed. Unless the person is selling the files of the markings, which is very bad.

As jengatower said it should be fine unless they're selling the actual FH files. I agree though it's quite a lazy way to make adoptables as you're supposed to use your own creativity and not with the help of pre-generated markings.

Yeah, it's morally inappropriate mostly, but there's still permission issues with it as my dad told me (he works for the police and mostly deals with yuch kinda stuff idek). Many people say 'do not use in any way or shape' which should also include this so they should at least ask SOMEBODY.

Gosh dang i hate that so little people inform themaelfs before doing something.

Other than the prices, I don't what's the big deal. They're just markings....unless they're stealing the files, like Jenga said. Other than that, I don't see what's wrong with that.

My character is a sabertooth with Tiger markings and socks? Its pretty similar to the feral heart markings...soo..

I think law's a bit different over here, but i just hate that people can do that. They are selling something with other people's designs and that's just not right...i'm sure they won't get it sold unless it's free but it always reminds me of all the people who work hours to design something really nice and don't get it sold. Then people use a creator and it's sold in 5 minutes. It just makes me really mad ...

Edit: I'm also confused how people aren't allowed to use the markings in their presets (wich are NOT for sale) but selling stuff is ok...
