Preset exporting problem

So I made a preset for my beloved (jk) brother.We exported the files,upload them and then I go on my user and his user.His preset wasn't there and I tried redownloading the preset but it didn't work.In other words it won't show up D: please someone help

If you made the preset for him,
he needs all the files, the images, the material,
so you can basically just send him the folder (preset_# folder)
Then it will be in the preset maker on his computer, and he can export & use it.

If it's a shared computer, then I'm afraid I don't understand the question. xD

See I've made a preset and exported on my user name,his user can see it
He exported his preset on his user name but neither me or anybody else can see it :I even if they downbload the preset exported file thing

The presets names are case-sensitive, check you are wrinting correctly the username, with all capital and no capital letters correctly.
