Ahhh yes. I definitely say things incorrectly all the time. I can't think of many examples, but I do know that I say things like "inventory" wrong. (I believe there's two correct ways to say it, but I don't even pronounce it like either of those)
Not sure if this counts, but I tend to change how I say a lot of things every other time I say them. For example, words like route (I switch between saying "row-t" and "root") and data ("day-tah" and "dah-tuh"). There's a certain way to say them where I live, but I always forget and just say what pops into my head first.
