Help Me!

Anyone have advice? I'm going to the dentist in a half an hohur to remove a tooth (technically I should've lost all my baby teeth already, but this one is really stubborn for some reason). I've never actually removed a tooth in such a way before, and they'll be freezing my gums to do it (because of some sort of problem with the tooth or something). This would be fine, but... I'm freaking terrified of needles, brings back bad memories ^^" And having one in my mouth isn't exactly ideal. In fact, I'd probably rather have shards of glass in my ass. (Anyone get the reference? Brian Regan? No? Ok, but look up his hospital skit, it was so funny)

Can anyone help calm me down? ;; I don't want to think about it, just... send funny videos or something, just help ;;

You should try taking deep breathes and try not thinking about the subject. Also what I would try is to think about something that makes you happy. Don't think about how painful it could be. Also closing your eyes can help so you don't have to see what is happening.

Ya, a mod can lock it. Turns out, I was in luck! They didn't use a needle at all! They used... uh... some sort of mechanical thing. It still gives you an injection, but it does it differently than a needle, and basically painless and super quick. So that definitely helped. Not only that, the dentist was super kind

Uh, life lesson: Don't stress about the little things, it'll probably be better than you think. And if not, well, life goes on.
