Is it possible for mods/admins to change others users?

Okay, I was just wondering,
is it possible for mods/admins to change the usernames of others if someone wanted their username changed?
I was just wondering because this used to be my sisters account, then she left FH so I took over the account,
but I don't like the user she chose >.>
So, if its possible, could a mod/admin change my user to GhostWolf02  ? 
I asked my sister about it and she said if its possible, she would be fine with it considering she doesn't play this game anymore.

As far as I know, account usernames can't be changed.
However, if you wanted to make a new account, you'd just have to keep checking into the forum until registration re-opens (it's open every day), so you can make your account whatever you'd like.

Adding on to what WhiteLightHeart said, if the registration opens it will stay open for two hours then close again. Just keep checking every hour. Hope this helped floof
