Game Help / Not saving/loading?

Well my friend is new to feral heart she just joined yesterday and i showed her how to install markings/items and it seems it won't load when she had the items on,
She said that when she installed the items in, the characters wouldn't save nor load, it just stays stuck in the "Updating" screen right when you get done.
And she's pretty sure they are in the right place. Any help on what it might be?

I've had this glitch for a long time i just didn't want to fix it cause i was to lazy, but anyway it's annoying and i wonder how to fix it.

I can't seem to find any good feline fur textures for free all the good ones i do find i have't to pay for them, any feline fur textures that anyone knows of are free?

I have a problem with the mane it's blocky for some reason, and this is not for preset it's just normal and i still have blocky mane,
