Preset won't work???

Well, i made my friend a preset and when she put the preset in the folders she opened the game up and the preset is just black and yellow, i looked at the material file and it was all fine and when i tried it the preset was there, but it doesn't work for her. Know what this is??

Hello!

1.) Did your friend make sure to replace EVERYTHING when asked while pasting the new preset?
2.) Also, if she has any old fhp's with the same number I would also suggest to her to delete them in case they are overlapping.

Hey, make sure the preset file and the material file are named exactly the same, they are case sensitive. Also, if your friend logs in with the username Bloo, for example, but the preset is named bloo, with a lowercase B, then it won't work. They will need to login with a lowercase B as well. Preset files are case sensitive, however logins are not (other than your password).

She replaced everything she showed me pictures and everything was fine.
though she has a _ in her name but could that cause the problem?

It shouldn't be a problem so long as the underscore is included in the name of the preset as well. Make sure you sent her all the image files too, that's the only reason I can think the preset is black and yellow, an image is missing!

No images were missing like i said she sent me pictures and everything was there and i did check the material file and it was just fine.

Maybe make sure the file type matches with what's in the .material file? Like if the images are PNG or JPG, the material should say the same.

Everything matched with the material file everything was a jpg.
