I try logging in and i have the right password and username but it still said it was incorrect. now when i try to login to play game here on the website it says i am banned and i havent even played yet...... please help.  :( :( :(

Was your caps lock on? I often don't know when my caps lock is on because my laptop has no indicator for it. But as Jango_Fett said, if you tried a wrong password five times you get a 15 minute ban.
