Need some help ; -;

K, SO- I decided to play FH today aaanddd, it was all well and good until I was suddenly logged out- I noticed I lost connection and I tried to get back on, it wouldn't work.
After a while it worked but now all my presets are gone! and they won't work, I am freaking out RN ; -;

So you're saying you are able to get back on nao? No issues with connection after that?

Try both going to each of your characters' customization screens, on the last tab (color selection), and see if switching from "Use Preset" to "Custom", then back to preset. Does your preset show up now?

Have you tried re-exporting any of your presets?

Sorta, I am still getting a small issue with logging in, and I tried that- didn't worked, I also tried to take a already saved version of that and replace it(Some of my presets were still there) and it still wouldn't appear > ->

Hmm, 'ave ye changed y'er username recently? With the new username update, I realized that after changing m'username, the old presets no longer work on m'characters unless I re-export then under the new user. Maybe this is y'er problem?

Err, not really- I haven't changed my first accounts user- but I did change my second accounts user, but I already re-exported it as XBestTimeX x -x
Hopefully I can get on soon, my friend wanted to RP with me but- I couldn't get one when I was switching characters and- that's how this happened x -x

That is strange indeed. Try rebooting y'er computer? It could be a minor glitch that could be fixed with a simple restart.

Sadly, didn't work- I think something might be up with my PC -cri.- it is pretty old and, it has had a virus on it before- Idk if that could do anything.

Do you, by chance, know how old your PC is? I ask because age isn't always the only factor in determining if it can run the game or not. A good indication of age is telling what Operating System you are running (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10).

And also, I don't think a previous virus could be interfering with your gameplay, but I might have some recommendations for you to check if there is any residual virus left over.

I believe the PC is like- 7-8 years old? Idk it has some really odl PC parts from years ago and, it was my fathers so- I kinda forgot LOL
