No, you do not need Credit card info.  What you need to do is

1. Make and account (Since on the your here you probably have one)
2. Download the Game ( Game setup in the "Official Downloads" section  above.)
3. Install the game.
4. Start the game, Log In, and have fun

If your on a friends account to post this and don't have an account of your own Click the "Create an Account" in the golden box, to make one for yourself.
