Having trouble downloading a map :/

Alright so I want to download a Warriors map but when I follow the link to Media Fire and click 'Click Here To Start Download From MediaFire'  this little bar pops up at the bottom of the scream.  On one side it says the map name and the other it says 'Show all downloads'.  Nothing else comes up.   So if I click the name of the map is says,

Windows cant open this file:

File:  StarSleaterMapV3.fhm

To open this file windows needs to know what program you want to open it.  and a bunch of stuff after that.

Can anyone help me?

I'm guessing you're using Google Chrome.

The best thing you can do is click the wrench in the upper right-hand corner, click "Options", then when that tab comes up click on "Under the Hood" and select "Ask where to save each file before downloading."

After that redownload the file and save it in the Exports folder.

What Chiyko said is right, you don't open the file, you put it in Computer>Local Disk (or Hard Drive on some computers)>FeralHeart>Exports.
