Many, but not all characters appearing white?

So today I redownloaded and played FH for the first time in years- so while I have an account, it may as well be my first boot up. I also got the preset sync addon. However, I've found that other player characters aren't loading correctly for me. Sometimes, they work, but more often than not they appear blank white, with only their manes/tufts colored in correctly, with the occasional regular character or preset loading correctly. Here's some examples:

Does anyone have an explanation for this? Could it be that my FH game could just still be catching up to the preset sync program? Any assistance would be lovely, as I'd love to see everyone's character designs!

Hiya there!

The reason why you're seeing white, textureless characters is not because of the preset sync, but because the majority of users download Legendary Markings which is basically, if you do not recall, a modification that provides you with way more markings than what the default ones already gives you. If you do not have this mod installed into your game, you will see fully white characters, partial ones, and so on. The download to it can be found here! c:
