Game Help / Maps

Right, so I downloaded a map, and it said to put all the map files from it into the Export, so I did. And tried, the game crashed.
I then put them in the folders for other maps I've downloaded, and it didn't work. Well, I think it did, but the portal for the map wasn't appearing, I've tried everything I can, what do I do? :/
