RP Example (IMPORTANT, but can be short): Absinth lowered her head into her paws, wearily chewing on the fat of the rabbit she had just killed. Honestly it seemed like everyone was too busy to notice her contributions these days, even if they were small. At one point or another she would probably get up and go rub herself against a male and drive him nuts, but until then Abby was perfectly happy just laying around.

INFORMATION

Long ago the gods of the Savannah were at peace. Their followers were healthy and working together like they should, and the food chain never wavered. However one of the gods made a fatal mistake, maybe not for himself but for every being around him. Wrath, the lion god, was a very powerful being and generally kept the others in check, always playing leader while the other two hardly cared as long as they were unaffected. The african wild dog's god, however, had always been a nuisance to the lion god. His affections grew for one of his followers, a sweet young canine by the name of Rayna. Gods, deemed by Wrath, were not allowed to have mates or children. Euberus, the AWD god, defied his wishes and had offspring with Rayna. Only one actually survived in the litter due to their father and his power.

Upon finding out about Euberus' disobediance, Wrath became infuriated. His lands cracked and split, smoke and steam pouring out from the depths of the earth. He had never been so engraged. Euberus had created a half god, which in his mind was completely unacceptable. The child was stolen from Rayna after a long pursuit leaving her exhausted, beaten, and alone. The child was murdered by Wrath and his vicious pack of followers. After that the hyenas and their goddess kept to themselves and began to slowly distance themselves until , they no logner kept in contact with the other species. Wrath, panicking in his lack of power over the other two gods, waged a horrific war on the african wild dogs and their peaceful, monk-like god. Having no battle training, the canines were forced out of their home.

Rayna had been leading the pack at the time, and openly challenged the god for his merciless attacks on such a peaceful race. Having suffered so much, and having not seen Euberus in some time, she had taken it upon herself to defend her loved ones with her life. Wrath was a malicious brute, always finding ways to torment his enemies. He granted her the powers of a half god, normal by day and god by night. She suffered through horrible changes through the nights and mornings, although was able to put up a fight against Wrath. This gave the lion god a lot of glee and the two were constantly locked in battle. Euberus, meanwhile, had abandoned his followers and had slunk away to spend the rest of his time alone.

Eventually the canines had to retreat from their home and leave forever. They found a valley and inhabited it, breeding with the few wolves that had already lived there and created a lot of mix bred animals. Currently after a hundred peaceful years of living, a group of lions have mysteriously shown up in the valley beneath their home camp (on top of a mountain) and refuse to leave. They call themselves refuges of the wrath of the gods. Confused, the priests and priestess' of the goddess Rayna have tried to contact her but she remains distant from them. There are still many that question their goddess. How did she receive full powers? After all she was just a half-blood on their journey. The answer to the question died with their ancestors, since no one is left who was on that journey.

Meanwhile the Baridi Tribe is having their own issues. Descendants of the pride of lions that worshiped the god Wrath, they have been wandering for a few years. Wrath, not having the other gods to depend on, began vicious toward his own followers. They endured his rage for years without issue, but when Wrath's sons came into existence (their mother still unknown), they drew the line. They had destroyed the african wild dog population for this exact reason. Wrath, however, would not listen to them. His son Hasiri ruled beside his father with an iron fist, although had more of a passion for the people compared to his (senile) father. Raziel, on the other hand, was a goofball. He would go behind his father's back and romp with the people and he still does.

As their father grew more and more insane, even going as far as to inflicting harsh punishment on his sons, the children rushed away with as many lions who would go with them. They refused to stay and tolerate their father and his cruelty. They have sought refuge in the valley. The leader of the original pride refused to leave along with a few of the older members, but one of his four children went with them. Unfortunately it was the youngest and the immature one of the group. Probably the only reason he went was because he sought adventure... and probably power. He was deemed leader because of his royalty and because the younger lions couldn't imagine following anyone not of the royal line.

THE NEWS UPDATE
Hellooo :3 Welcome. I'm getting things up and running. Keep in mind that if you want a high ranking character you'll have to meet me in game and give me a roleplaying sample. I'm very choosy. Teehee xD I want to get to know you before I give you the position. Trust me, though, I'm like the super easiest person to please ever. /shot
The map is almost done! Yeeee :3 I'm working on it right now. On a percent level... I would say 50% done. It's a HUGE map, but I almost want it bigger. I'm debating about stretching it out, however much it would screw up all the plants and objects I have around. ;-; how sad. Yes. I might get some people to look at it and give me their thoughts.


RANKS AND THEIR MEANINGS
GOD(ESS): The highest entity, the power behind every group. They follow them in battle, swear to protect them, and love them like they are all their children. These entities, however, are not always very perfect. They are prone to evil, greed, lust, and any other sin unless kept in check by their priests.

LEADER: The spokesperson for the group, the one who leads them into battle, whether born into this royal spot or fought for, it tends to be a rank well deserved. Not always, but it tends to be. The leader organizes the soldiers, the hunting parties, makes sure the old and the young are comfortable, and negotiates with other species. They must be one of the wisest, if not the wisest, of the group.

PRIEST(ESS): Next to the leader they tend to be the most important. They keep in contact with their precious god. Not only that but their trainees are generally the nurses and doctors of the group, learning about the medicines of the earth while also learning about their most high god.

WAR GENERAL: The one who trains the warriors, keeps them in line, keeps them fit, and also makes sure that they help out the hunters in their hunting duties. They generally patrol the borders, point out any differences they find, etc. The Generals usually lead these patrols, go into battle next to the leader, help with treaties and other negotiations, and also assign those to posts in the night shifts. They are the most likely to become leader if the leader has no children.

LEAD HUNTER: Usually a companion of the leader's and the war general's, the leader hunter is generally a lithe female (although occasionally a male). The leader hunter assigns hunting patrols, rations the food in hard times, helps the leader and war general with war plans if that so happens, and tends to lend her hunters to the Priests and Priestess' for their needs.

OMEGAS: Usually prisoners of war or those going through a harsh punishment, these animals are treated like slaves. They do a lot of backbone work without any recognition, get the least amount of food, and are ultimately treated as lower class. Once they are welcomed fully into the pack however, they are usually quickly accepted.

Yay I'm accepted! :3 woop. Yeah I saw the Raziel in the previous roleplay. The first time I was considering joining I already had the same cheetah named Raziel and I saw him. I was like wattttt. But in the end I never had time to join. It works out then! Hurrhurr.

Personality: Ky is kind hearted and has an upbeat attitude. He can be serious when he wants to, but overall likes to put joy into things. Unlike his brother, he can always seem to find the better side of things.
History: Ky and his brother were born on the edge of the island, to a rogue mother. As they grew up, they heard about the Clan but never really took interest until when they were a year old. Ky finally prodded his brother into joining, after much consideration.
RP Sample(4-5 LINES PLEASE): Raziel's ears flicked along his cranium, lifting his head to look at the hustle and bustle of the Tribe. Not a moment went by that he didn't appreaciate the size and the work ethic of the Tribe. At times he even questioned whether any enemy could stop them, but he shook the thought away with the flick of his head. Raziel was no fool, there were great enemies to be conquered out there. Enemies that could easily kill him, felines like lions and tigers and beasts of great bulk. The thought of facing such creatures sent a parade of chills down his spine.
A hiss of frustration escaped his maw as he sat completely up, well aware of how cowardly he was acting. He was a warrior, not a mere kit in the nursery. What would his fellow warriors think? Oh of course some would laugh! Or would they? Would they respect his apprehension toward the unknown, or simply wave him off as a frightened kitten in an adult's body? Whatever it was, Raziel was not keen on the idea of voicing his nerves. Bravery and 'sucking it up' were his only options. That and the thought of going into battle made him knead the ground and grin.

Personality: Unlike his counterpart, Vale is hardly anything fun. He is conserved and quiet, rarely speaking. He merely listens to the movements of the earth. Due to his blindness, he can't just 'observe'. Vale feels like he has been cheated in life, and certainly acts like it. He can come off as selfish and has a lot of anger pent up inside that his brother hasn't detected. Which makes him even more furious.
History: Vale was a fun loving child until he realized that other foxes could 'see'. What was so bad about him, that he couldn't see what colors stuff was? He could smell and feel it! Why wasn't that good enough? But teased he became, and soon he became the reserved fox he is today. When he brother offered up a new chance at life, he eagerly agreed to join the Clan.
