FeralHeart.Exe Has stopped working!!

Please help me I've had Fh for a long time its one of my most favorite games but I got my own computer and- well I keep trying to get it to work I uninstalled it and reinstalled it many many times I've deleted the folder ect, and still it crashes as soon as I open it- I'd really like help.

Try changing your rendering system.

Go to the feralheart folder, open "ogre.cfg", go to Render System="name", and change the name to ether "OpenGL Rendering Subsystem" or "Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem", depending on what you have there.

ogre.cfg isn't open able so I got a file to open it and- Well it says it's empty

I've gotten the Ogre file opened I changed it but it won't stay the same after I save it

Okay; It's not a problem with FH. I assume it's a problem with your computer.

if changing your rendering system does not work, try to look for extra particles. go to the feralheart folder, go to media, then particles, and look for ones labeled with "_0" or "_1". delete those.

if that doesn't work, im not sure what to do. it's ether a problem with your computer or something i do not know how to solve.
