Double underscores for preset

Please please please help me! Whenever I go to export a preset it will show up as DarkSouls123__2 instead of DarkSouls123_2 . I tried deleting an underscore, but if i do that then it doesn't show up in the game. I don't have any friend I could export the presets to that could export it for me... does someone know how to fix it?

Although I'm not really sure what could be the problem, if ye want, ye could send me the files and I could export them for ye and send ye the exported file. Just upload the files to Dropbox or mediafire and send me the link via private message. I could then send ye the exported file.

It may be y'er FH acting up. Try resetting y'er computer or reinstalling FH to see if 'twill let ye export it correctly. {Do remember to make backup files before ye reinstall so ye don't lose any of y'er important files that ye may 'ave installed over time.}
