Urgent help!

I just downloaded the websetup. I'm on windows, and where it would I find it?

It should be in your download folder, per usual when you download things.

Great, I have it but now it says "failed to connect to front server"

Another thing you should know about the set up is that once the game has finished, a little box will pop up asking to run / install ( one of those options ) and once that is all down you can close the command prompt ( setup ) if you want. c:

Oh. Thought you didn't do the steps ^^;
Have you reset your character's homes a few times before sending them home via user panel?
And did you login into the login tab when you clicked Play Game?

2. Character homes? What? I'll check it out a minute.

When you login in that yellow box 'user panels' and 'user details' would be your options. You would want to click 'user panel' , login in and then reset your character's homes and then sending them home so they'll be in lonely cave c:
