I assume you're using a hotspot(?)
That's what I'm using and currently, I'm able to get into the game. You said you only turned your phone off and not the internet itself? Why not just switch the internet on and off & by this I mean your hotspot.
You could try seeing if your data has been used up, full(?) And maybe it's running much slower than before.
You could contact the company to check your data as well and see if anything changed or if your plans changed.

Yes, I am using a hotspot of sorts.
I have turned the internet off then back on, yes.

My high-speed data has been used up, yes, but even when I have the high-speed data it does not work.
My plan is the same, I am sure of it. I buy phone cards to activate my phone.

It's quite odd that it isn't letting you on. The only other thing I could think of is that connection between the servers and the phone isn't all that strong(?) & Not to mention the fact that so many users been trying to get on and things it could be too much to handle right now (?)
Whom knows maybe it'll work later ^^;
