Preset Sync Not Working

Greetings! I was wondering on how to get the preset sync to work. Every time I download it, then log on to FeralHeart, I still can never get the sync to work. Not sure if my laptop is just old or if I'm doing something wrong. If someone could help me out, I'd be very thankful. Thanks!

Could be that something is silently blocking the download. Happened to me a few times with the sync.
Are you using Google Chrome? The way I was able to get it working was checking the download files on Chrome by pressing Ctrl + J (or just chrome://downloads) then search for the Preset Sync download and click it. Usually it then just asks me if I would like to re-try the download properly without it being blocked.
Otherwise, you can just check some other way to see if it's being blocked from downloading completely.
