Worst Book/Movie Character Deaths?

What character deaths were the hardest for you? It doesn't matter what book/series the character comes from.

I have spoilers for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay[part 2]!
The character death that I struggle with most is, by far, the death of Finnick Odair. Now, I could go on and on for hours about this, but I'll keep it short and simple. Finnick's character is one that isn't very easy to understand - your first impression of him in Catching Fire is not the real Finnick...the fact that he had to leave the world with mentally unstable and pregnant Annie is really hard on me. He saves Katniss' life just before he dies, killing the lizard mutts with his trident like aqua-man. He deserved much more grief and mourning than he got [I get that everyone was about to die, but even afterwards]. This is just my opinion, though - what're yours?

FRIKIN TRISS FROM THE DIVERGENT SERIES! I was so very very angry at that. She got THAT far only to be shot dead. And poor Tobias/Four....

I boycotted the books and the movie like a salty little noodle. c:

SPOILERS FOR THE HUNGER GAMES AND THE MAZE RUNNER SERIES

AGH FINNICK'S DEATH WAS TERRIBLE FOR ME TOO. He's my favorite character in the entire Hunger Games series. Prim's death was pretty rough, too.




Another one is Newt's death in the Maze Runner (I believe it was the third book in the series?). I haven't read it in a while but his death was just... sad. Newt seemed so helpless and out of control. Tbh I didn't really like many of the other characters in that series and Newt was like the one person I liked so :c Poor Newt.

Cinderpelt made me pretty sad. I remember reading the book where she was just made apprentice and was so sweet and curious

Mortal Instruments:
Max Lightwood.... Just... Max. ;o; He was too young, and too innocent. He didn't deserve that at all...

Percy Jackson:
Selena Beauregard and Charles Beckendorf.... Charles was just such a good guy and Selena ripped me into two.

TRUE BLOOD SPOILERS

I am actually beginning the finale season of true blood and breaks my heart even more that i'm nearing the end. I love this so much i wished they had made more books/shows. Anyway to the worst death.

Nora- I really disliked her character at her first. Basically, she's the one who screwed up Bill and Eric's lives in the authority. Then again, she wasn't so lucky after all. What had happens was, she was locked in this vampire camp and since, Eric, the brother of Nora, turned the govern daughter into a vampire, the govern put Hep V into the daughter's bloodstream. Nothing happens fast but it is slowly killing her. At the end, Nora was my favorite gyal and melted in her brother's arm, dying.

Tara- God, she is so fricking cool. I love her personality, her as person, and what she truly stands for. Alrighty...so Tara died twice in this show. I'll explain. So, first time she died: Sookie's friend, Alcid, girlfriend broke in the house and had a gun pointing to sookie's friend; the woman was obviously going crazy. However, Tara came just in time and blocked Sookie before the bullet could even hit her. Instead the bullet had tara in the head, killing her instantly. However, grieving Sookie, demanded a vampire to turn her and Tara became a vampire

Part 2: There was a massive war between the human and the vampire. A hep v vampire came and staked Tara. ;w; I miss that girl so much
