Oh uh, did you activate your account? The game won't connect if you haven't.

You should have gotten an email with a link to activate it. If you didn't then this is something a staff member will have to help you with.

Click, this is the staff page. I'd just choose one of the moderators to ask about it by clicking the Message me by their pictures. Just talk to one of them about it :]
