I can't go onto FeralHeart with a certain character D:

I have a character named Shaden F Wolf and i can't go onto her HELP!!!! I KNOW ABOUT CHARACTER RESET HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO TELL YOU PEOPLE

I go onto the game and stuff just fine but then when i choose my character (Shaden) It says "Failed to connect to map server. Retry?" It won't do this with any other characters why can't i use Shaden help!!!! D: AND YES I KNOW ABOUT CHARACTER RESET But even when i character reset it says the same thing help :(

A few simple steps:

Log in and select Character Reset



Confirm your login



Select 'Go Home'



Done!

You don't really need to post now anyway because i deleted the character that didn't work and made a clone of it so now it's like it never happened

Alright. There was no need for the unwanted caps rage there. When I first looked at that post you mentioned nothing about you knowing about character reset. All it was, was you mentioning that a certain character was stuck in a map. Nothing about your knowledge of character reset. Now, if you ever want help in the future, don't expect people to help you after raging at them. Good day to you.

No need to lash out for someone who is trying to help you. Buffy was just trying to help so next time a user comes and takes the time to help you, don't lash at them. If Buffy didn't aw see your question the wait for someone else to help you. But with that rage attitude it will be hard for people to help out.

Maybe it got stuck? If the map you use often crowded? If so, you may have to wait a while (in the past, it took up to two weeks!) for the server to reset and free her.
