Hacking Attemempt while changing forum profile?

When I was changing my signature and finshed I clicked the change button. It said Hacking Attempempt or something like that. Does this mean I getting actually hacked? Or just a random problem?

Apparently this is a glitch. I've gotten it before and friends of mine have as well. No one was actually hacking your account. If you wait it out, it will go away. Probably in a day or so.
