help,i don't recieve pm's!

the name says it all T_T. i can't receive pm's for some reason and i don't know how to fix this. can anybody help?

It's because someone else in the forum has the same name as you ('Alex') and they are getting them. Change it to something a little more unique, like Alex. Or Alex- if you want a simple change
