Removing Mane Shading?
« on: September 04, 2012, 02:27:10 am »
There is probably an easy solution to this but I'm going to ask it. If for instance, I wanted to temporarily remove the mane shade, what files would I change/remove. I want to see what my characters look like without the hair-like texture on their manes. Just curious hehe. Please help if you know the answer to this :3 (I can use photoshop if that's needed to change the files)

Im quite sure that you cannot do this, I am pretty sure you must change the mane on your characters manually, by making a preset. Although, I may be wrong, so wait for another comment maybe to reassure.

Nope, I just solved it. Mods can lock this if needed. You change the file that says fmaneShade.jpg to be just a plain white square, then save the file. It just makes it that the shading for the hair look is no longer there. Thanks for your reply anyway ^^.
