Unable to Connect to Front Server

Hi everyone! I just recently re-installed FeralHeart, and I'm having issues connecting to the front server? I'm not sure if it's my router or the sever itself, but in case it's my router, which ports do I open up for FH to work and is it TCP or UDP? Thank you!

and don't Minimize it either. It's the only way to get into Feralheart.
Gotta keep it open to be able to play.
Plus make sure you're not in incognito/private mode.
Chrome and Firefox are usually the best browser to play games on.

Make sure you have a solid internet connection and that there's no security software blocking the game.

When you login to this page your "IP address" (the place your connecting from) is allowed to communicate with the game server. As the game server is not on the same node as the website it can take up to 60 seconds from point of login to being allowed to connect.

There may be an application blocking the runner. If not that, try turn off your firewall if that is the problem, then if that still does not work, just keep the login window open and not minimised.

I believe this thread has gone inactive due to the owner not posting in it in a little under a week. My guess is that they most likely fixed the issue.

I'd suggest we hold off on any more posts until the owner returns with a report on the matter just to not bump unneeded threads.
