Animated electric portal texture?

I'm looking for an electric portal texture.

I'm envisioning something like this: moving around the portal.

Can anyone create/find that?

The Japanese concept of wabisabi:
The closest concept in english would be 'rustic'
They might have an old thing, one example is a favourite bowl or dish, it's broken, pieces are missing, why fix it?  With gold and pieces from other dishes?

There is a zip file if you want to emulate it.   Should have all the parts you need, The textures and masks could do with reworking though... and maybe add a splash of colour if you like.
