Stuck Loading?

Every time I login and press start on any character, it'll get stuck on the map loading screen.

Happens with all characters, even with new characters. They aren't in the old maps either. Restarted my game too.
I'm having this problem along with two others, so it might be more than just my computer? It was working just fine.

A resolve would be great!

I would reset your characters' home through the User Panel here. That will send your characters to Lonely Cave. If this doesn't work, it is likely a server issue and we will look into it.

I and some others are having this issue as well. Told Raz about it not too long ago. Not particularly sure what's going on, but FH did have a Server Restart on Sunday evening. There could be a little hiccup with the server, but I'm sure it's either being worked on or Raz will soon. Either way, I doubt it's something to worry about. I guess it's just to be patient, and expect no game time for a bit.

Not sure, not really heard anything back yet but I'm sure either myself, staff, or anyone else who knows anything will keep you up to date here. I'm certainly keeping an eye out as I want to lounge around on my character. But, we'll see, just to check up on this thread every now and again to see anything new.

If anyone is still curious, it's happening to me too.

As Morgra stated, staffers will look into it and contact Raz to try and get it resolved ASAP!
I'm sure it won't be long before it's fixed c:

Just to clear something up, this hasn't happened to me but I went out the game and tried going back in.

You can go back in by going on another character, then leaving, then going onto the character you wanted to play on.
Hope that somehow helped some people
Anyway, hope the issue is fully resolved soon!

It finally let me in, think the hiccup resolved itself. Didn't take long thankfully!
