Cannot connect

'Sup.
Longtime vet returning on a new acc, cannot connect.
First, why is the new login like this? It never was before.

Second, I clicked the "play game" tab, logged in, kept it open with the game open and I still cannot connect. That, or it will tell me incorrect password. I've changed my password twice now, the only special character in it is  !
I do not have firewall issues, or antivirus issues(I dont have antivirus to begin with).

Hey, sorry to hear you've having issues.
The login is a double-authentication system because the server was attacked by hackers some time ago. I know it's frustrating to have, but, it's what we have at the moment.

Anyhow. There could be a few issues.

1. Your internet may not be as strong
2. You might be logging in too fast, it can take a minute or two for it to fully log you in I've found
3. Could be an issue with your browser

I'd suggest using another browser or maybe try to get on using a different network or hotspot. I know other users are having similar issues because their internet provider/service doesn't like it.

Ahh.. I see. So its just another case of people ruining things for other people. Is there any plans on changing this?
I'm using Google Chrome, should I try a different browser?
I have pretty high speed internet. I tried logging in at like 3am when no one else was using the internet. Didn't seem to be the issue. I'm not sure what other hotspots or networks I could use.
I read that the page needs to be refreshed every 60 seconds? Do I need that refresher addon then?

No plans on changing the login system, at least none that have been discussed. Make sure you login and wait around 30 seconds before opening the game. It needs some time to connect!

Tried that. CHanged browsers. Waited a minute. Allowed it through my firewall. Nothing.
Eh.. This seems like its more trouble than its worth. Just gonna uninstall and delete my account

I'm sorry you've come to that conclusion :c Unfortunately if your account was very old and hadn't been longed into in awhile, it was most likely wiped from the servers to clear up space.
