Simple, but Necessary

So I need to set my character back to the Lonely Cave map and I cannot do that because they are currently stuck in a map's loading screen. I know you were able to send characters back home via this website, but I'm not sure you can do the same on this new website.

So if you go the the FH home page you should be able to click on "User panel" where it says "Log In" and "Forgotten Password" from there you should find a small log in and then have access to something where you can select them and press words reading "Send home".

Did you get the help you needed? Exactly what Kuri said.

If you go to the home page, at the top right, it will say 'User Panel' click that and it will come up with a log in menu... log in and then it will pop up with your character list, find the name of the character you wish to reset and to the right of it should be the option to 'send home.'
After you click the 'send home' (aslong as you chose  the right character name.) you should be all set!

The floofs above have given you the information you need, however I've provided you with a step-by-step tutorial with screenshots just in case you don't quite understand what has been said.

1. Go to the FeralHeart Home Page and go to 'User Panel'


2. Login to the User Panel


3. Go to the Character Reset section and click on 'Reset Home' and then 'Go Home' for every character.


Log into your account in-game and it should all be reset, hope this helps!
