Pretty new to FH but I also need some halp :,)

Heyo its hammy. So I joined in october (or around that time) and I recently became active. Firstly, hope I continue my activity and meet people ;p Um I kinda need help. I know that these are weird questions and concerns but bare with me ; w ; I have no idea how to meet new people for one. I want to make friends soooo bad but I dunno what to do and I don't wanna be like..."that one person" if you know what I mean. Also I keep hearing about mate and adoption centers but I dunno what those are >^<. I need a little education of fh cause I'm so confused XD. Well hope someone can answer my concerns and if you wanna talk in fh I'm cool with that always uwu. Hope I see ya round!

Firstly, welcome to FH
Honestly meeting people will come pretty naturally
People are pretty nice in this community, so don't worry, we don't bite hard
But there's a lot of different ways to meet people, you can join roleplays, mate centers and
adoption centers are basically places for people to find mates or pups.
But if you want a buddy to sit with online, I'm always open for that

Using the forums, joining roleplay groups, or even simply jumping into conversations in the Grounds are all great ways to make friends! As for mate centers and adoption centers, those are advertised by someone and people come in looking to find a significant other for their roleplay character and to find parents/young for your rp character (respectively). Nowadays these seem to be pretty rare, unfortunately

I'm sure you'll make some wonderful new friends in no time!!

As stated above, joining groups and roleplaying with others is a fun way to make friends here. The mate centers are fun ways you can either find a mate for your character, or just socialize and have fun.

In The Grounds, you can join in conversations that are being had, add your two cents on the topic and or just be a listening ear until you have something you want to say. Really it's nothing to stress over, it will come naturally. Just put yourself out there and I'm sure you'll gather a fine circle of friends~ If I ever see you online, I'll definitely come over and say hey =) Don't worry about being "that person". Just do what you do best and be yourself.
