AHHH hey guys

It's weird makin' this post but y'know here we are

So I decided to go ahead and be done with FH. It's been a fun 6(I think LOL) years on the game, but I gotta move on and start working on other stuff! However, I wanted to leave the game with somethin' big, somethin' fun for others to enjoy. Aaaand so, I'm making one BIG, CHUNKY map set! I'll be releasing it by the end of January when I head back to college, so whatever I have by then is what will be released mmhm. I'll be posting updates on here as I go, so keep an eye out for previews, early releases, and more!

MAP 1 - SONGWOOD



Birds chirp excitedly from the green canopy above, their song carrying across the woodland and bouncing off the nearby stone walls. The warm, bright sunlight filters through the gently shivering leaves, brushing against the foliage and the smooth surface of the pool. It is peaceful here, a wonderful place to simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere.



The series of waterfalls roar in your ears, the spray of the crisp, cold water blowing off the stones at the base of the cascades. The boulders that crisscross through the various pools allow you to cross with ease, though they are a bit slippery and damp. The trees drape their leaves over the waterways, providing shade for the fish sheltering below. This place is vibrant, full of life.



Nothing can be heard other than the breeze blowing gently through the canopy, the branches and leaves rustling against one another in the cool afternoon air. The den beneath the tree roots offers you a secluded, safe place to rest. This place is hidden, allowing you to stay here with ease and peace of mind.



The leaves of the willows shift and shimmer as the breeze from the waterfall brushes against them, droplets of water settling onto the soft, bright green vegetation. Despite the roar of the falls, this place seems calm. The branches of the willow trees provide a sense of shelter to any settled below.



The roots that jut from the hilly earth here are much too large to belong to any of the nearby trees. You are curious about their origin, as well as where the actual tree that they belong to may grow. However, you don't give it too much thought.

Game Help / ENB Mod

Hello! I've recently been trying to get the ENB graphic mod to work on my game, but I can't seem to get it to work no matter what I do. Shift + F10, F11, or F12 doesn't turn on the mod. I've made sure to set the game to Direct3D9 as well. Anyone able to help?

Game Help / The Grounds Issues

Hello, everyone! I've been having an odd issue with my FeralHeart, and I'm not really sure what's going on. Every time I try and go into The Grounds, my game crashes. All of my other maps work perfectly fine, which I find strange. Any suggestions?

Many of you actually know me from my presets. I've been posting screenshots of them and selling / auctioning them on DeviantArt for a few years now. I love making all sorts of different presets, including transparent, animated, glowing, or simple designs!
I will not be doing requests at this time. I'm a bit busy with my life outside of FeralHeart, and I'm afraid the requests would take a very long time to be completed. I am considering doing raffles, handouts, or the occasional first-come-first-serve-grabs! Let me know what you guys think.

I adore altering screenshots and creating little stories behind them, so I figured it would be fun to make a thread of the things I make.

The Storyteller
This screenshot features my main character, Cooria, sitting by a fire in The Malevolent Swamp. She is well-known by the creatures that come here, as they believe that she has been living for hundreds of years. After all, she has many amazing stories, tales, and accounts of adventures that she shares with any critter that asks to hear them. The fire is a perfect place to tell a tale, surrounded in dark, quiet forest. No one really knows if the stories are true. Some of them are beautiful, while others are terrifying. The monsters she describes so vividly can't be real... can they?
So, my friends, gather around the fire, do not fear
For I will tell you a great tale that you might like to hear





The Explorer
This screenshot features my main character, Cooria, coming across a grassy clearing that is filled with bright fireflies. While many creatures fear the Malevolent Swamp due to its threatening appearance and eerie atmosphere, Cooria knows that there is beauty behind all the moss and ferns. She has been settled in this marshy land for many years, and has come to think of it as home. If one would simply take the time to explore the swamp, they might come to see what she sees.

The Stargazer
This screenshot features my main character, Cooria, enjoying the beautiful view of the stars. Calm, clear nights like these are rare in the Malevolent Swamp, so stargazing is a special treat. When the sky is free of clouds and fog, the darkness becomes brightly lit with the white light of the stars and moon. Cooria will take the chance to look at the galaxies above whenever she can, as it's truly a marvelous sight. She likes to imagine the different worlds that lay out in the vast expanse of the universe- what life might be out there? Did they wonder about her as much as she wondered about them? She knows that she'll never know the answers. She sort of likes it that way.

Request/Find Meshes / Wetlands / Swamp Meshes

Aye, lads!
As you may or may not know, I have been working on a swamp map for some time. I would love to see if anyone has the link to swamp or wetlands meshes that I could use in this map!
Also, if anyone happens to have a link to Thierry's WoW converted Wetlands Trees meshes, that'd be appreciated greatly! The link on the main thread doesn't appear to work.

Hello, people of Feral Heart! This is a new project I sort of quickly whipped up, and am currently trying to finish!
This map will not be very large, but the level of detail is VERY extreme.
Please note that this will not be released for quite some time. I will continue to keep the thread updated with more screenshots as progress is made!
