Art Gallery / Attempted Drawing

I attempted to draw one of my characters. I have a small hobby of drawing horses all day during classes, and as I was looking at my character in the game I wondered if I could draw her. I've drawn a wolf maybe one other time, and it was because my friend asked me to try it. I heavily referenced a screenshot I took, but there was no tracing involved.
Here is the photo I used as a reference. It helped me get the basic body shape and showed me where to draw markings.
Here is my attempted drawing of Violet! I approached it the same way I draw horses (that's just what I'm best at drawing) which I think helped, but it definitely could use some improvement. It's better then the one I drew for my friend a while back, I'll have to dig it up so I can compare. I enjoyed drawing it, it was fun to do something different.
