Missing file?

So i open my game and it told me im missing something and i had the same problem with the rr.klang file yet that went away after some time, i re dowbliaded feral heart and it still did not work...i checked all the files and it still did not work...i have no idea what to do now

The file i seem to be missing is named d3dx9_42.dll and does not appear to be on that list, i have re downloaded the game a 4th time and it still has not worked

If that doesn't work, delete Feralheart (uninstall), SAVE all presets, etc somewhere else first, and redownload the setup from this site.
