I've been to:

Bonfire Island
Ficho Tunnel
Flourite Plains (something like that)
Cape of the Islands (something like that)

Those are almost all of the worlds. In flourite plains there are a bunch of ramps and rings that lead up to a portal, but there isn't much in there. You can see the protal if you look around, is what I have noticed. You can see the bright portals from everywhere (As long as there is nothing in the way XD)
